Merita,Attached is the recorded phone call with Waste Management on 5-19-09. The agent was asked at approx: 5:13 into the call "has our route been canceled because we're delinquent?" She answered, "pretty much, yes sir." This is all the info she would provide. How can this be explained? I also made a call earlier in the morning to WM and the male agent told me that we were late this month and there was also a past due balance on the account. I do not have that call recorded. Collin
Have fun with this one…

Eric
I dont believe Waste Management has told anyone any such thing. WM has had difficulty accessing the property via the gate and they failed to inform us they had lost their remote. They now have new remotes and the trash should be picked up today.

Subject: HOA problemsMr. Heath,
The waste management company that picks up our trash claims that the HOA is behind on our payments. Trash is piling up on the dumpsters.
Also, many of us fear that you may be in financial trouble (like many of us) and if the HOA declares bankruptcy, that will force us to foreclose or file bankruptcy protection ourselves. Can you offer us any assurance that the HOA can pay its bills?
Eric Hodge
